For six nights in March, over 900 artists from 40 countries fill more than 60 venues to mark another installment of Canada’s largest new music festival. From the suits to the urban trendsetters and the concert-going public, all meet in venues across Toronto for an electrifying week of performances by tomorrow’s emerging artists and today’s hottest concert hit-makers. The industry reps come to find next year’s stars, while the fans come to discover and celebrate new music and see talent on the rise to the top.

Canadian Music Fest utilizes Toronto’s most popular music halls and clubs to display some of the hottest talent in Canada. Venues such as Air Canada Centre, Massey Hall, Queen Elizabeth Theatre, Glenn Gould Studio, Roy Thomson Hall, The Horseshoe Tavern, The Great Hall, Opera House, The Mod Club, Sound Academy, The Phoenix, Guvernment/Kool Haus and Lee’s Palace throw open their doors to the industry and fans for 6 full days of star entertainment.

Canadian Music Fest is a Canadian Initiative with a world wide reputation. The entertainment community’s red letter week now commands key media attention as evidenced by the 850 media representatives in attendance each year, providing national and international coverage through print, television, radio, online and social outlets.
