How do you get your tickets mailed to you? I did not see an option when I ordered mine.

If I purchase a wristband with someone’s credit card, will the buyer be the holder or can i change it? where do i put my name to be the holder of my wristband?
You need to bring your receipt, a brief note from the card holder saying whomever can pick up their pass and a photocopy of the card holders ID.
Can you buy tickets for an event in person? I was hoping to attend The Indies on the 12th but only JUST heard about it today so I couldn’t buy in advance.
there are only 50 tickets to the indies left if that. you’ll need to go to rotate this or soundscape to get them.
If I buy a wristband, will it be honoured for every event. Interested on the slash concert in particular
ticket buyers are guaranteed entrance to the show, wristband buyers are subject to capacity… so there is no guarantee you’ll see what you want with a wristband but there will always been more available than you can fit into your night.
If I line up and am near the front of the line and have a wristband am I guaranteed entrance?
no you are not… ticket holders get priority over wristbands. Wristbands are subject to capacity… so as long as we haven’t sold out selling tickets, there will be room for wristbands.
Will there be seperate lines at the venues then? I’m just thinking about the IME show since it’s sold out. I wanted to try and get there early to see if I can get in with a wristband. Thanks.

I seem to have lost or deleted my the e-mail of my order confirmation and receipt. Is there a way I can retrieve that information with my credit card information?

Is there anywhere else where wristbands can be purchased other then through this website? Such as a place which can take cash. I remember last year wristbands were available through rotate this.

So, if I concert is already sold out of actual tickets, does that mean people with wristbands can NOT get in, since the capacity will be full of ticket-holders?

No we do not sell out any club in advance and always leave room for wristbands.

Yes as long as they haven’t sold out.
